Subj: Accumulation of waste at Telphone House site

Dear Mr Haynes

Thank you for your e-mail.

My reason for sending you a copy of the letter to Southgate Developments was to keep you informed of the situation we face, also, should we be given the necessary authorisation to have access to the car park area, we would need to approach the Council to collect the waste that we cleared.

Regarding a recent dvelopment in the situation, clearance has been going on inside Telephone House since Monday last. If the building is to be demolished, this seems strange.

Was your Building Control Management informed of this action, and the nature of the material being cleared prior to demolition?

Has the Council ever done, or asked for a survey to be carried out of the Telephone House building, with regard to hazardous material?

Please keep us informed of your further undertakings.

Your sincerely
Katherine Quinnell
