RE: MEETING TO DISCUSS PROPOSALS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BT SITE

I would like to thank you for coming into Fountain Flanaganís offices to meet with both Derek Briscoe, Dan Flanagan and myself to discuss the concerns raised by residents in York Road.

I believe that it was a most constructive meeting and I certainly hope you will appreciate that some of the positions we have taken have been imposed upon us because of planning policy/Government legislation.

As you are aware we are trying to set up a meeting with Mark Berry, the Case Planning Officer and Peter Ashby, the Conservation Officer so that they can advise us of all their views, and having completed consultation with all internal and external parties, consider all parties objectives in this regard.

Once this meeting has been held, we will then be in a position to know exactly what is being asked and by whom and we will then try and knit together a design solution to address as many of the points raised as possible. I will provide you with details of our meeting with Officers so that subsequent to this, we can have a further meeting.

I thank you for your assistance in this process and hope that our combined efforts can create a scheme of which we are all both pleased and proud.

Yours sincerely
Ken Munday
Development Consultant
